The Path to Stillness

Somewhere between the speed of your daily life and the depth of your sleep lies a place of deep clarity. My mission is to guide you to that center using an evidence-based journey of guided sound and silence.

My Philosophy

A Foundation in Care and Science

Throughout my career in the hospitality and pharmaceutical industries, I’ve remained focused on the details that make a profound difference in a person's physical and mental experience. I spent years navigating high-stakes corporate environments, which gave me an intimate understanding of the toll that constant "doing" takes on the human nervous system. This background serves as the foundation for my boutique practice, where I combine the warmth of high-end hospitality with the clinical precision of healthcare management.

The Clinical Bridge to Recovery

I approach Yoga Nidra through a biological lens, viewing it as a vital physiological intervention for stress and cortisol regulation. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management. This training, combined with my time in the pharmaceutical sector, allows me to bridge the gap between evidence-based science and restorative wellness. I don’t view stillness as a luxury, but as a systematic foundation for repair and long-term resilience.

Accreditation and Lineage

To offer the highest level of instruction to my clients, I completed my 40-CE YACEP as a Yoga Nidra instructor as certified by the faculty of Kripalu Schools of Yoga in Stockbridge, MA. My methodology follows the structured 8-stage protocol to guide the body and mind into a deep state of conscious rest. By focusing on these specific stages, I ensure that every session is consistent, effective, and tailored to the unique needs of the individual.
